Job summary

Rtx Corporation is seeking a Sr. Tech. CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will translate engineering data into CNC programs, interpret 3D models, and ensure timely delivery of accurate programs to the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has CNC programming experience in an engineering-driven manufacturing setting, with multi-axis machining knowledge and familiarity with CAM software like Mastercam. Onsite role in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Engineering/vocational/technical graduate with relevant CNC programming exposure.
Experience programming for engineering-based manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with multi-axis CNC machines and related tooling.
Knowledge of Mastercam or similar CAM software.

Responsibilities

Program all engineering design data into CNC programs and ensure accuracy.
Read and interpret 3D models using CAM software (Mastercam).
Deliver completed program packages to the shop floor aligned with latest designs.
Maintain file revision controls for CNC programs.
Ensure compliance with SOPs for program generation and execution on the shop floor.
Participate in EHS practices and report hazards to safeguard colleagues.
