Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a CNC Programmer with 2–3 years of hands-on CNC programming, setup and operation experience. The role is on-site in Cavite and requires proficiency in CAD/CAM software, G-code and M-code, and GD&T.

The successful candidate will develop CNC programs for milling and turning, interpret drawings, select tools, and collaborate with engineers to optimize processes while maintaining documentation and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Technical degree or vocational certification in Machining/Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
• Test and troubleshoot CNC programs to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to resolve production issues.
• Maintain documentation for all CNC programs and setups.
• Support machine setup and provide guidance to operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
