Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Proficiency in CNC programming using Mastercam and Siemens NX.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming for multi-axis machines.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and reading blueprints/CAD drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines for precision aerospace components.
• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues and maintain quality.
• Continuously improve machining processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain and update tooling libraries and program databases.
