Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer to support advanced manufacturing operations through CNC programming, machining process optimization, and production support activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing machining strategies, programming CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software, supporting manufacturing teams, and ensuring efficient production of high‑precision components used in aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop optimal machining strategies for complex aerospace components
• Program CNC machines using Siemens NX and HyperMill software
• Support manufacturing teams with CNC program implementation and validation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize design-for-manufacturing processes
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters
• Design and develop tooling solutions for complex machining operations
• Create manufacturing work instructions and process documentation
• Support production troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality and dimensional requirements
• Optimize machining performance, cycle times, and manufacturing efficiency

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience
• 5+ years of experience working with CNC machining centers, lathes, and multi‑axis machines
• 3+ years of CAD/CAM programming experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with HyperMill (mandatory)
• Experience using Siemens NX for CAD/CAM programming
• Strong understanding of G‑Code and M‑Code programming
• Experience with 3‑axis and 5‑axis machining operations
• Knowledge of GD&T, dimensional tolerances, and geometric tolerances
• Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, and high‑nickel alloys
