Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a CNC Machinist for onsite work in the Philippines. You will develop CNC programs using Mastercam and NX, select tooling, and create setup guides to support efficient manufacturing processes.

You will review engineering drawings and CAD models, collaborate to troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve processes to meet tight tolerances and quality standards on multi‑axis machines.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical coursework required.
• Knowledgeable in CNC programming using Mastercam or NX.
• 2–4 years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to operate CNC machinery as a machinist.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and blueprints reading.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Siemens NX and select tools, create setup guides.
• Review drawings, CAD models, and specs to produce accurate CNC programs.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality.
• Improve processes to reduce cycle times and waste.
• Provide timely technical support to the shop floor.
• Maintain good housekeeping on the shop floor.
