Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our onsite manufacturing team in Tanauan, Batangas. You will develop CNC programs using Mastercam or Siemens NX, select cutting tools, and create setup guides to support efficient production.

You will review drawings and specifications, troubleshoot machining issues, and work with multidisciplinary teams to meet tight tolerances while maximizing process efficiency and minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical course background.
• Proficient in CNC programming with Mastercam or NX.
• 2–4 years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiar with G-code and M-code.
• Knowledge of blueprints and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for multi-axis machining.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to improve processes.
• Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and specs.
