Job Description
- Write, develop, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining instructions
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and maintain tolerances
- Troubleshoot programming and machine operation issues to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform quality checks on machined parts using measuring instruments to meet production standards
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve machining processes and program efficiency
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course (Machining/Manufacturing).
- With 3–5 years of solid experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
