Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Senior CloudOps Engineer to shape the ERP Cloud Platform. You will design, build, and maintain a highly available, scalable cloud infra that powers government and school district ERP solutions.

You will automate deployments, monitor systems, and ensure security, with collaboration across product teams and on-call responsibilities. This role is based in Manila, Philippines, with travel 2-5%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cloud-focused DevOps/CloudOps roles, AWS preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining cloud-based services at scale.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Bash or Python).
• IaC experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Optimize Cloud Infrastructure – Build and enhance cloud environments for ERP platforms.
• Automate & Improve Operations – Implement automation tools for deployments, monitoring, and security.
• Ensure Scalability & Security – Maintain secure, scalable cloud environments for a growing customer base.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work with engineers to drive improvements in cloud ops and software dev.
• Lead DevOps Practices – Advocate for best practices and design patterns across teams.
• Implement CI/CD Pipelines – Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across products.
