Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a partner company based in Spain. This fully remote, international role focuses on building and operating highly reliable cloud platforms across Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and virtualization.

You will own production infra, drive observability, incident management, and reliability practices, collaborating across global teams. You will shape infrastructure architecture, define SLOs/SLIs, and push for scalable operations with modern tech

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Kubernetes production experience, including lifecycle management and security hardening.
• Strong Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) administration and networking skills across multi-site setups.
• Experience building infrastructure automation with Ansible, Bash or Python and Git workflows.
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki) and incident response.
• Ability to define SLOs/SLIs and operate with on-call rotations across time zones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in an engineering-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve Linux-based infra with focus on Debian/Ubuntu.
• Deploy and scale production Kubernetes clusters across diverse environments.
• Design and maintain complex networking architectures and security hardening.
• Develop infrastructure automation and GitOps workflows.
• Maintain observability platforms and drive incident response improvements.
• Partner with development teams to improve reliability and resource utilization.
• Create SOPs and manage time-zone aligned on-call coverage.
• Plan capacity and contribute to architecture and reliability strategy.
