Sezzle is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a fast-growing team responsible for scalable infrastructure and reliable services. You will own architecture decisions, implement robust monitoring, and drive automation across distributed microservices.

Qualifications

12+ years of professional software or infrastructure engineering experience.
Deployed production changes in the last 30 days.
Strong proficiency in Golang with RESTful APIs.
SQL-based RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and performance tuning.
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic).

Responsibilities

Architect, upgrade, design, and build scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, RDS (MySQL/Postgres).
Drive the infrastructure team's roadmap for reliability, recoverability and scalability.
Lead capacity planning, benchmarking, and stress testing for growth.
Define, maintain and enforce SLAs and alerts across infrastructure.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices and CI/CD standards.
Collaborate to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliver results.
