Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to plan and execute strategies that drive customer adoption of the Wiz platform for our largest customers. You will be the bridge between customers and the Wiz team, guiding onboarding and operationalization across products, engineering, and support.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
• Experience with cloud services and architecture across at least 2 Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
• Practical experience deploying and operationalizing containerization technologies (such as Docker or Kubernetes) and addressing security considerations.
• Practical experience deploying and operationalizing DevOps technologies (such as CI/CD, Version Control Systems, or Infrastructure as Code) and managing their security implications.
• Experience in cloud cybersecurity, with a focus on AI/ML technologies applied to threat detection or security operations.

Responsibilities

• Be a Wiz Product and Cloud Security Expert - Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout your customers’ Wiz journey and stay enabled on new Wiz features.
• Support and manage up to 10 strategic customers, driving Adoption, Business Value Realization, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and assist in securing renewals in partnership with sales and renewals teams.
• Develop and cultivate close relationships with key customer contacts, from C-level to practitioner, to understand sentiment and drive Wiz objectives.
• Help customers develop success plans with measurable goals throughout the Wiz lifecycle.
• Advocate for your Customers - document and represent needs to internal Wiz stakeholders and liaise with Product and Engineering.
• Help build and scale a world-class TAM organization at a hyper-growth company, mentor TAMs, and develop subject-matter expertise.
• Be a cloud security thought-leader by participating in industry events and contributing to community posts and blogs.
