Job summary

Electronic Transfer And Advance Processing Inc (eTap Inc) in the Philippines seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure. You will implement IaC with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation, lead incident response, and optimize cost and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related role with a strong focus on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and managing AWS services, including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking concepts, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, load balancing, and security groups.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Lead incident response activities, troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement preventive measures.
• Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability.
• Establish SRE standards, cloud governance, and security best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging AWS technologies and automation frameworks.
