eTap Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, deploy, and operate scalable, secure AWS infrastructure.

You will lead incident response, implement IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible, and mentor engineers across Dev, Infra, Security, and Ops to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on Site Reliability Engineering focusing on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and managing AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC).
• Proficiency with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) and monitoring/observability experience (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Develop IaC solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
