Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer in the Philippines to ensure reliability, performance, security, and efficiency of enterprise platforms. You will work with platform engineers, software developers, and SecOps to maintain a stable environment and automate routine tasks.

The role requires experience in Linux, AWS, Terraform, Terraform-driven IaC, and observability tooling like Prometheus and Grafana.

Qualifications

• Proven platform operations and DevOps experience.
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Good knowledge of AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda).
• Experience with Terraform and GitHub.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools Prometheus & Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health, performance, and incidents.
• Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage IaC and infrastructure resources for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SecOps and engineering teams on security and lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for platforms.
