Responsibilities

• Lead production issue management and senior escalation.
• Own production health, monitoring, and readiness.
• Govern change activity balancing speed and stability.
• Coordinate major incidents and problem outcomes.
• Define reliability improvement priorities.
• Champion automation and observability initiatives.
