Nasdaq in Manila is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure availability and reliability of cloud platforms. You will lead incident response, automation, and capacity planning in a globally distributed team.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in production environments, strong cloud/Kubernetes experience, and excellent communication. The role operates on a hybrid schedule with a 4-day work week and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience supporting 24x7x365 mission-critical production environments in financial services, cloud operations, or managed services.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI), Linux, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools.
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, routing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to explain issues and recovery plans.
• Willingness to work a 4-day work week (Mon-Tue-Fri-Sat) in a hybrid setup.

• Manage incidents and problems through resolution, including diagnosis, recovery coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Test, plan, and deploy changes to cloud systems to improve reliability and customer outcomes.
• Drive observability, automation, patching, vulnerability management, and capacity practices across cloud platforms.
• Facilitate disaster recovery tests and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with global engineering, security, product support, and customer delivery teams.
