Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven L2/L3 production engineering and team leadership experience.
• Experience with AWS, RCAs, risk assessment and scripting.

• Lead production issue management and act as senior escalation point.
• Own production health, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Govern change activity, balancing delivery speed with stability.
• Coordinate major incidents and problem management outcomes.
• Define and deliver reliability improvement priorities.
• Champion automation and observability initiatives.
• Act as the primary interface with engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders.
