Job summary

IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Infrastructure Engineer to deliver advanced support across servers, networks, and cloud services in a dynamic environment.

You will build and manage Azure infrastructure, AVirtual Desktop environments, and Microsoft 365 tenants while ensuring optimal performance and security for client ecosystems. Collaboration with clients and technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong Level 3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience deploying or managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration or tenant deployment.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD and Intune.
• Good understanding of networking, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and technical teams.

About the role
