Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. seeks a senior IT Architecture Lead to drive Red Hat-based enterprise designs across on-prem and cloud. You will guide OpenShift, RHEL, and Ansible initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and security requirements.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with sales, delivery, and support teams, and shape technology strategy with a focus on cost visibility and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in Red Hat technologies.
• Required: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification.
• Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Podman), orchestrations (Kubernetes, OpenShift), automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise-grade Red Hat-based solutions.
• Work with OpenShift, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Ansible.
• Ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams; conduct technical presentations and proofs-of-concepts.
• Contribute to product and technology strategy; develop architectural blueprints.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies; design scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and support teams.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging Red Hat technologies.
• Develop architecture designs and best practice guides.
• Provide mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Support hiring and team capability development.
