Job summary

Red Hat Consulting seeks an OpenShift AI Architect to lead architecture and delivery of OpenShift AI-based solutions. You will drive AI platform strategy, governance, and MLOps adoption across customer engagements.

The role spans pre-sales, solution design, and hands-on implementation, leveraging Red Hat OpenShift AI, OpenShift, and hybrid cloud to accelerate model development and deployment while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

8+ years in consulting, platform engineering, cloud architecture, data platforms, or enterprise infra roles.
Proven pre-sales or customer-facing experience in complex solution sales cycles.
Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenShift AI.
Experience designing and implementing AI/ML platforms and MLOps workflows.
Knowledge of ML lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application architectures.
Familiarity with data science platforms, AI frameworks, and model serving technologies.

Responsibilities

Engage in pre-sales activities with customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design.
Partner with Sales to shape opportunities, define scope, and build technical proposals.
Support RFP/RFI responses and present AI solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
Assess customer AI, data, and infrastructure environments and propose scalable architectures.
Design and implement AI platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift AI and OpenShift.
