Job summary

Globe Group is seeking a Solution Architect to join the CRM and Identity Tribe, shaping Globe's customer engagement and digital identity capabilities. You will design secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions that unify customer journeys and support regulatory compliance.

You will lead cloud-native solution designs on GCP and/or AWS, collaborate with engineering and security teams to embed DevSecOps practices, and drive performance optimization across multi-region architectures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total experience with minimum 10 years in Solutions Architecture.
• Experience in CRM platforms and Case Management solutions.
• Familiarity with Identity Management, SIM Registration systems, or SCV implementations.
• Hands-on architecture and development background in cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), including IAM, networking, and cost-aware multi-region design.
• Strong experience in Java, Python, and Spring Boot, with microservices and distributed systems design.
• Expertise in REST API design, including security, governance, and third-party integration best practices.
• Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native solutions across CRM, Identity, and SIM Registration platforms with a security-first approach.
• Lead cloud-native solution designs on GCP and AWS, leveraging managed services and multi-region architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, product owners, and security teams to embed DevSecOps principles, automation, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate and define architectural guidelines and patterns to align delivery squads with enterprise architecture vision.
• Innovate systems that support a 360° customer view, identity federation, and compliance-driven workflows.
