Job summary

Syneos Health Philippines, Inc. is seeking a (Sr.) Project Associate to drive planning and execution of clinical trial elements in collaboration with the Project Lead.

You will oversee timelines, budgets, and resource coordination, while mentoring junior staff in a global life sciences environment. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with GCP/ICH, and the ability to work independently with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed (about 5%).
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Drives planning and execution of elements of clinical trials with the Project Lead.
• Ensures projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties for efficient execution.
• Maintains study financial reports and supports study financial health.
• Documents scope, objectives, risks and issues; escalates when needed.
• Mentors junior team members while working with minimal supervision.
