Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, strong organizational and English communication skills, and familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines; travel up to ~5% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently.
• High proficiency with MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Occasional travel may be required (approx. 5%).

Responsibilities

• Drives planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead.
• Ensures projects adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties for efficient project execution.
• Maintains and analyzes project financial reports and health of the study.
• Documents scope, objectives, risks, and issues; escalates as needed.
• Mentors junior team members and supports independent work with minimal oversight.
