Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Project Specialist in the Philippines to support Project Managers in delivering clinical study activities in accordance with local regulations, ICH GCP, and client SOPs. This role collaborates with Clinical teams from start-up to close-out, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have a graduate degree in life sciences and 2–3 years in clinical research, with CRO experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• Ideally 2–3 years’ experience within the clinical research industry and previous project support experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs to manage project deliverables, cost control and risk management.
• Maintain operational project plans, timelines and study tracking tools (CTMS, eTMF, Financial Force).
• Lead regional study support with Clinical Support teams and prepare templates and project tools.
• Support PM on project finances, SVT development, vendor invoices review and reporting.
• Coordinate with client/alliance partner teams and ensure CTMS compliance.
