Job summary

ICON is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate for an office-based hybrid role in Manila. You will support site monitoring, ensure protocol adherence, and help maintain efficient trial operations.

The role requires a life sciences/clinical research background, strong organization, and excellent communication. Hybrid work with 2–3 days on-site at Makati ensures close collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Some experience in clinical research or site management preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in hybrid setup (2-3x a week RTO at Makati City).

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites and ensure adherence to study protocols and GCP.
• Support site management activities, including documentation, data entry, and tracking metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address site-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and contribute to monitoring reports.
• Participate in training and development initiatives for trial management.
