Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Client Account Services Senior Analyst in the Philippines. You will lead onboarding and lifecycle activities for potential clients, guiding applicants through risk and legal assessments and performing AML/KYC validations.

You will coordinate with internal teams and manage data across DTCC systems to ensure compliant onboarding and ongoing lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new accounts by managing required risk and legal documentation through DTCC’s Membership Application Portal.
• Review and accept all new sales contracts and amendments/addendums to ensure company-wide compliance with established procedures.
• Respond directly to applicants/clients via various communication mediums (phone, CRM tool such as Salesforce).
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Relationship Management) to ensure onboarding and lifecycle activities run smoothly.
• Manage, update, and maintain data stored in DTCC’s systems (e.g., Masterfiles).
• Perform AML and KYC validations to support new onboardings and regular refreshes.
• Compile reporting for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and auditors/regulators.
• Support new product initiatives that intersect with client onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure client-facing environment.
• Pay close attention to detail and identify process and operational risks.
• Collaborate to build strong internal/externally-facing relationships.
• Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities and escalate when needed.
