MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Client Implementation Officer to drive the onboarding of new clients, coordinating across IT, HR, and Recruitment to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely launches. You will own end-to-end project plans, manage risks, and document best practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in client implementations, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Hybrid work setup in Metro Manila is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in Client Implementations or Transition of new projects in an outsourcing setup.
• Experience in Operations Management, specifically in developing KPIs and team structures for voice and non-voice operations.
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Project Planning Tools, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Your Role

As a Client Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for the successful and timely launch of new clients, acting as the driving force behind a seamless onboarding journey. Specifically, you will:

What You Need
