PG ONE in Manila is seeking a Senior Account Manager to be the primary liaison between the agency and the client, overseeing day-to-day account operations, client presentations, and flawless delivery.

The role demands at least 5 years in account management within a creative advertising environment, with strong budgeting and communication skills, and the ability to adapt under pressure and coordinate across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of account management experience in a creative advertising agency.
• Strong budgeting, estimating and profitability skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact to the client day-to-day, owning and driving projects.
• Research the brand and competitors to provide added value while tracking marketing trends.
• Collaborate with Planning, Media and Creative teams to craft briefs and concepts.
• Present production estimates for client approval and manage resources.
• Provide weekly status updates and ensure alignment between client and agency.
• Attend shoots and oversee delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication across agency and partner agencies for cohesive outcomes.
• Develop and own project timelines and budgets with studio and PM teams.
