Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila (BGC, Taguig) is seeking a Supervisor, Client Accounting for a hybrid dayshift. You will manage client accounting processes, prepare management accounts and financial statements, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

You will also ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance, complete regulatory filings, and provide coaching while maintaining high data quality across proprietary systems.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting designation is a plus
• At least 5 years of professional work experience
• At least 1-2 years experience coaching and managing junior staff
• Experience in financial services, investment industry or accounting is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts for various clients, including funds and investment entities
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, Irish or UK GAAP
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual regulatory reporting/filings
• Provide timely status updates to meet deadlines
• Coach and train junior staff
• Escalate issues to management and maintain data accuracy in systems
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries professionally and promptly
• Engage with internal stakeholders and support ad-hoc projects
