Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant years of experience within Insurance/Reinsurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clusters of teams for end-to-end delivery of in-scope operations across FNOLs, payment support, Docosoft Claims management, and related claims support activities.
• Own operational performance, workforce planning, productivity, quality, and delivery against KPIs and SLAs across the portfolio.
• Define and execute operational strategy, service delivery plans, and resource models aligned to business objectives.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, building effective relationships and managing escalations effectively.
