Job summary

Marsh Corporate in Manila invites a Claims Senior Coordinator to join our Claims Operations team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly, with responsibility for coordinating complex claims and leading team efforts toward efficient resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of claims management experience, strong knowledge of non-life multi-line products, and the ability to mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients, insurers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Progressive responsibility in claims management.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3–4 years of claims management experience handling complex claims.
• Knowledge of Non-life multi-line insurance products.
• Professional certifications like AIC or CPCU are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex claims, coordinating with clients, insurers and internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and SLAs.
• Analyze claims data and documentation to identify risks or opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to Claims Advisors and junior staff.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated claims issues and implement best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for management and clients on claims status and KPIs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting claims operations.
