Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Civil Drafter to support the design and delivery of transport infrastructure projects in Manila. You will craft multidisciplinary road drawings, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and ensure construction-ready documentation across tender to detail design stages.

The role requires extensive experience with major roads, ISO19650 workflows, and MicroStation; familiarity with Australian drafting standards is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in major roads projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated design team.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, coordinated and high-quality documentation.
• Experience working on Australian states or local government transport projects.
• Familiarity with Australian state drafting standards.
• An understanding of ISO19650.
• Essential – ProjectWise (negotiable, must understand document management systems), MicroStation (non-negotiable).
• Desirable – AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma & Revit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil engineering plans, profiles, cross-sections and construction documentation.
• Maintain drawing standards, levels, references, naming conventions and project documentation.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers to deliver practical, coordinated and construction-ready civil drawings.
• Support project delivery in line with quality, budget and schedule requirements.
• Support the implementation of CAD/BIM and digital engineering standards.
• Managed ISO19650 workflows
• Maintain CAD Standards
• Demonstrate experience in managing drawing revisions and document control requirements.
