Role Description

Deliver end-to-end civil design services for urban development, ensuring compliant, high-quality outcomes through collaboration, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Role Accountabilities

• Lead design teams, allocate tasks, and mentor staff.
• Oversee performance, quality assurance, and compliance with ISO19650 and data center standards.
• Coordinate with BIM teams and manage multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Provide technical assurance, verification, and sign‑off of project milestones.
• Collaborate with lead offices on risks, opportunities, and delivery improvements.
• Drive capability development and contribute to long‑term discipline growth.
• Promote knowledge sharing through service groups and communities of practice.

Qualifications & Experience

• Licensed Civil Engineer; postgraduate studies advantageous.
• 10+ years’ experience in multidisciplinary design and BIM platforms (Civil3D, ACC, Bluebeam, Dynamo, Inventor, Navisworks, etc.).
• Expertise in urban development (roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks) and data center standards.
• Strong knowledge of UK, North American, and EU standards.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling for sewer, electrical, and telecom systems.
• Skilled in pressurized pipe system design (potable, fire water, sprinklers).
• Effective communicator with strong presentation and collaboration skills.
• ISO19650 certifications considered advantageous.
