Vena Energy in the Philippines seeks a Senior Associate, Construction Management to oversee daily civil construction activities across foundations, roads, hardstands, substations, and transmission line works, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The role involves coordinating with Owner’s Engineers and BOP Contractors on design reviews, progress, procurement, HSSE implementation, QA/QC, and reporting, with a focus on NCRs, punch lists, and handover readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc or MSc) required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction engineering experience in power or industrial plants.
• Experience with wind/renewable energy projects is a plus.
• Must have signature rights for project certifications.
• Concrete handling and testing competencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction activities including foundations, roads, hardstands, and substations.
• Coordinate with Owner’s Engineers and BOP Contractors on design reviews, progress, procurement, and QA/QC.
• Review design documents, material data sheets, and monitor variations and deliveries.
• Prepare site reports, NCRs, punch lists, and contribute to handover readiness.
• Participate in project meetings and ensure HSSE compliance.
