SYSTRA is seeking a Revit Team Lead in the Philippines to manage BIM modelers, standardize workflows, and drive quality assurance. You will bridge design engineers and production, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery on infrastructure and building projects.

Ideal candidates have six+ years of BIM modelling experience, strong English, and expertise in federated models & clash detection with Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of BIM modelling experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Experience with federated models and clash detection workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Revit specialists; foster collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance and problem solving for BIM workflows.
• Oversee project execution; coordinate tasks, timelines and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage updates and inquiries.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet standards.
