Job summary

Thrive in the Philippines is seeking a Network Administrator with Cisco UC/Voice specialization to serve as a technical escalation point for diverse client environments. You will own enterprise telephony and collaboration estates, delivering high quality resolutions while communicating clearly with clients.

Responsibilities include configuring CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX/UCCE, voice gateways, SIP trunks, and managing LAN/WAN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a network administration or engineering role with Cisco UC/voice responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network configuration, hardware and voice using SIP traces, debugs and Wireshark.
• Experience designing network architectures including LAN/WAN.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management processes.
• Excellent communicator with strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Communicate troubleshooting steps clearly to clients and demonstrate urgency in resolving incidents.
• Resolve firewall, VPN and access rule issues, and secure network systems by enforcing policies.
• Design, deploy and maintain LAN, WAN and wireless networks; provide upgrade recommendations and firmware updates.
• Monitor and test network performance and produce reports.
• Administer Cisco CUCM clusters, including dial plans, route patterns, partitions and device configuration.
• Manage Cisco Unity Connection voicemail, auto-attendants and user provisioning.
• Support contact centre platforms (Cisco UCCX/UCCE) including agent provisioning and call-flow changes.
• Configure and maintain voice gateways, CUBE SBCs and SIP trunks; troubleshoot SIP messaging and QoS issues.
• Manage endpoint deployment and lifecycle (Cisco IP phones, Jabber, Webex devices).
• Administer emergency calling compliance, CDR management and voice security.
