We are looking for a dynamic Senior Channels Marketing Officer who can develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives across traditional, digital, advertising, communications, and business channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support channel marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication initiatives

• Develop and strengthen relationships with internal teams, external partners, and business channels

• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business results

• Oversee marketing content across website, social media, email/SMS campaigns, advertising, and promotional materials

• Develop creative strategies based on market trends, customer insights, and industry developments

• Prepare and present channel marketing proposals to Management

• Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective execution of marketing programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Channel Marketing, Marketing Management, or related functions

• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing

• Experience in marketing campaigns, partnerships, communications, and customer engagement

• Proficient in basic design/video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel, or similar applications

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Preferably with experience in a BANK or financial services institution.
