Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Consulting – People Consulting (PC), Manager- Organization and Workforce Transformation (OWT) is seeking a seasoned leader to shape and grow the OWT practice within the PC team. This role focuses on Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management and Leadership & Culture to support EY's global clients.

The candidate will manage large teams, collaborate across boundaries, and contribute to business development, PoVs, and market research for ambitious

Qualifications

12–16 years of experience in Organization and Workforce Transformation.
8–10 years of experience in Organization design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture and Talent Management.
Master’s degree in HR or MBA/EMBA.
Experience in developing PoVs and sales proposals under Organization Design and Talent Management areas.
Experience in managing large teams as well as multiple engagements simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities of collaboration across boundaries in matrixed, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting services capability by developing strong relationships with global practices.
Lead global client projects as part of a global distributed team; ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across OWT service areas to provide insights on strategic and operational performance.
Lead a team of professionals and provide direction across pursuit and project phases.
Achieve metrics on productivity, headcount growth and market penetration for the OWT team.
Develop PoVs, sales proposals and thought leadership collateral to expand offerings.
