DBS Bank Ltd. Mumbai seeks an experienced Operations professional to manage the Foreign Cash Ops unit, ensuring timely processing of outward remittances and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines. You will lead a team, engage stakeholders, and drive improvements in service quality.

The role requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills, with a focus on customer service and cross-functional coordination in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate required with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in core FCY Trade and Cash fields.
• Knowledge of FEMA guidelines and regulatory compliance preferably.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process outward remittances A2 payments and LRS cases.
• Guide the team on staff functions, operations, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, products, and internal teams to resolve payment queries.
• Conduct internal/external meetings and present to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement process improvements within Cash operations.
