Job summary

Innodata is seeking a strategic Supply & Capacity Planning Manager to ensure we have the right talent, participants, vendors, sites, and equipment to support our growing AI data collection operations.

You will translate forecasts into workforce plans, capacity models, and actionable recommendations, partnering with Delivery, Production, Recruitment, Community, Vendor, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams to close capacity gaps and drive scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, supply planning, operations planning, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong experience building forecasting models and capacity plans.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with complex operational data.
• Ability to translate business demand into practical operational plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term demand and capacity forecasts across workforce, participants, vendors, sites, and equipment.
• Translate client demand and forecasts into actionable capacity plans.
• Build forecasting and resource allocation models to identify future requirements and capacity gaps.
• Develop workforce and headcount plans in partnership with Recruitment and Operations.
• Monitor workforce utilization, productivity, participant supply, vendor capacity, and readiness.
• Assess vendor capacity and develop contingency plans for shortages.
• Forecast participant requirements and identify recruitment or community supply gaps.
• Plan site and equipment capacity based on project demand.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into demand, capacity, utilization, and risks.
• Conduct scenario planning and mitigation for capacity constraints.
• Provide data-driven recommendations balancing cost, quality, speed, capacity, and scalability.
• Support annual and quarterly operating plans and growth initiatives.
• Serve as central planning partner across teams to ensure resource readiness.
