Job summary

Essilor Shared Services Philippines Incorporated seeks a Senior Business & Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives bridging business and technical teams. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, drive delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure scope, quality, and timelines align with business expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing application development, digital transformation, or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of the software/application delivery lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both Business-facing and Technical-facing discussions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional Development, QA and Business teams.
• Strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary PM between Business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Translate business needs into clear project scope, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure, including UAT and go-live readiness.
• Maintain RAID logs and project governance, reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple teams (Development, QA, Infrastructure, Security) to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
