Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of software projects for global clients. You will partner with Engineering, QA and UX to align priorities, manage scope and risk, and drive delivery from discovery through to release.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience delivering software or technology projects.
• Strong practical experience with Agile and Scrum delivery and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with global clients.
• Ability to understand software architecture and dependencies to manage delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing software projects from discovery to release.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA and UX to ensure alignment on priorities and risks.
• Manage scope, backlog, milestones, and release plans with realistic commitments.
• Provide clear, proactive updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Challenge estimates and dependencies to protect delivery timelines and margins.
