Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, financial reporting, or sales compensation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling, reporting).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end monthly sales compensation, including payroll processing, journal entries, and statements.
• Maintain employee and compensation data; support onboarding and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare compensation and financial reports for business leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting solutions.
• Drive automation and process improvements, including Power BI dashboards.
• Provide treasury-related reporting support as transformation evolves.
