Job description

The Senior Digital Specialist is a hands‑on role at the intersection of technology, process excellence, and applied AI enablement. This position ensures that Revenue Organization tools and digital capabilities are properly configured, integrated, and embedded into daily workflows to drive standardization, visibility, and performance improvement.

The Specialist acts as a super-user, configurator, and trainer across core revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Seismic, …), while also supporting the responsible adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. The role partners closely with IT, business stakeholders, and process leaders to optimize tool usage, enhance workflow automation, and ensure digital solutions deliver measurable business value.
