Buhay is a Philippine-based marketplace connecting SME borrowers with SEC-licensed lenders. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Leader to own the end-to-end deal cycle, guide borrowers through application and lender matching, and build a capable team around you.

You will manage a pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue while partnering with credit, operations, and product to remove blockers. The role offers a hybrid work setup and uncapped commissions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualificações

• 3–7 years in sales, relationship management, business development, or client-facing roles

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of qualified leads through the full deal cycle - from SQL to term sheet acceptance to disbursement
• Present Buhay's financing solutions to borrowers, assess their needs, and match them with the right lending partners
• Lead and develop a team of analysts - assign work, review output, set standards, and build their capabilities
• Drive deals forward by coordinating across borrowers, lending partners, credit, operations, and product teams
• Manage lender relationships day-to-day - ensure partner responsiveness, negotiate terms when needed, and unblock stalled deals
• Maintain pipeline discipline: accurate staging, realistic forecasting, and consistent CRM updates in HubSpot
• Provide structured feedback to the outbound team on lead quality - what's converting, what's not, and why
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
