Job summary

Fly Ace Corporate is seeking a results-driven Business Development Supervisor to accelerate growth in condiments and sauces. You will identify new opportunities, support private label initiatives, and nurture key accounts across multiple channels.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA, Production, and Procurement to drive commercial success and long-term growth targets. 3–5 years of BD/sales experience in FMCG preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in BD, sales, marketing, or account management.
• Experience in FMCG, condiments, sauces, or private label is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop new customers and opportunities for condiments and sauces.
• Grow existing customer accounts and ensure ongoing development and satisfaction.
• Support Sales with prospecting, presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
