Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, condiments, sauces, or private label is highly preferred.
• Strong business development and customer acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple projects across departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop new customers and business opportunities for condiments and sauces.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure continuous business development and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Sales Team in prospecting, presentations, product sampling, proposals, and negotiations.
• Drive opportunities in private label, toll manufacturing, institutional, food service, and retail channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on feasibility, costing, capacity, lead times, and requirements.
• Manage new product development and customer projects from inquiry to launch.
• Support strategic initiatives and projects related to condiments and sauces.
• Collaborate to execute customer and consumer promotional programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Maintain a robust customer acquisition and business development pipeline.
