Job summary

SGS is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer to lead design, development, and modernization of the Dynamics 365 platform and related business applications in the Philippines. You will drive solution architecture decisions, ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions.
Promote scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM).
Configure and extend Dynamics using plugins, workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and custom integrations.
Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions across the Dynamics ecosystem and integrated applications.
Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments.
Optimize and modernize existing Dynamics implementations, reducing technical debt and improving scalability and performance.
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
