Job summary

NCS Group in the Philippines seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer/Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver technical solutions within D365 BC. You will customize functionalities, build integrations with internal and external systems, and support end-to-end implementations for clients.

The role emphasizes scalable, maintainable solutions, collaboration with business analysts, and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on development in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Experience with IT consulting, digital transformation, or ERP implementation partners.
• Strong AL programming and extension-based development experience.
• Familiarity with API integration and data migration processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop extensions, custom modules, and enhancements for BC using AL in Visual Studio Code.
• Customize standard BC functionalities to meet client requirements.
• Develop integrations via BC APIs, web services, and custom connectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure deliverables meet standards.
