Job summary

APW Tech in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital platform initiatives and large-scale transformations. You will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and agile delivery across web projects, CMS/DXP implementations, and integrations with REST/GraphQL services.

You will ensure non-functional requirements, governance, and test planning are embedded from discovery through deployment, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of business analysis experience, including 3 years in a senior BA role supporting enterprise digital platforms or large-scale web transformation projects.
• Experience in website development, digital platforms, systems integration, or CMS/DXP implementations (e.g., Drupal, Acquia, multilingual or headless platforms) is preferred.
• Strong background in Agile delivery, including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience in content governance and operations, such as taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle management, editorial workflows, and migration planning.
• Familiarity with systems integration and APIs (REST, GraphQL) and related technologies is an advantage.
• Experience defining non-functional requirements, including security, privacy, accessibility, performance, scalability, and operational support.
• Proven experience in test planning and coordination, including UAT, integration, regression, accessibility, performance, and security testing.
• Exposure to web analytics, SEO, AI-ready content, and emerging digital capabilities is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
